In what was a dead rubber as Greystones have already qualified for the semi final our Darcy Cup team suffered there first defeat of the year. On another cold early morning Karl Holmes team lost 3-2 against Bray Golf Club. In what proved to be a nail biter the match went to the 18th hole in the last match on the course. The results were as follows:
Jamie Anderson lost 2 down
Dan O’Byrne lost 6&4
Adam Packman won 2&1
Alan Condren/Dylan Holmes won 5&3
Toby Murphy/Will O’Riordan lost on 18
Greystones Golf Club are hosting the finals day this year with the semi finals starting at 7.30am and the Final will take place the same afternoon. The team would appreciate all support on the day.
