Tomorrow at 13.30 our Women’s Senior Foursomes team take on Carton House with two matches away and one at home. Manager Jacinta Deane has been forced into a couple of last minute changes but remains optimistic that her selected team will be able to do the business tomorrow.
Later, at 15.30, Pat O’Dowd, Joe O’Brien and their Best Cup team will resume their match against Newlands, the away leg of which had to be abandoned due to bad weather last week. Pat & Joe’s team will need to win their three away matches if they are to progress.
Then on Monday (24th) we have three more matches.
At 10.00, Orla Delaney’s Boyne Trophy team take on Killiney, with three away and two at home.
Then at 13.00, Greystones Golf Club host the Fred Daly Leinster South final. Peter Anderson’s Greystones team will contest the final with Bray, and after meeting in the Junior Foursomes final just last week, it is bound to be a very tough match indeed.
Finally, at 15.15 our JB Carr team, managed by Padraig Croke & Pat O’Neill play Palmerstown in the semi final of the competition. We have home advantage on this occasion.
