Team manager Tim Hazleton and assistant manager Dermot Whiston put out a strong team to play Woodbrook in the Old Conna Trophy this afternoon.
We needed a win today to get to the finals day which is to be held next month in Old Conna when the top four teams in the competition compete to win the title.
The format of this event sees six fourballs playing stableford with the top five cards counting to the overall team score. As you might notice from the pics some of the Woodbrook team had a little more knowledge of our course then we might have liked 🙂 🙂 but as always in this competition the matches were played in the best of spirits and in the end Greystones won out by a slender margin of just 4 points.
