Do four matches make it a “Super Sunday” ? If so we have one this week.
First out are Peter Anderson’s Junior Foursomes who play Killiney at 13.50. One match home and one away with cumulative scoring, we are hoping for a victory but Killiney are always tough opponents.
Straight after, at 14.00 Brian Frawley & Ray Crotty have put a lot of preparation into their Junior Cup team who play Lucan. We have three matches at home. If effort equals return the lads deserve a win.
It will be a busy teebox because at 14.30 Jim Wood and John Burke’s Pierce Purcell team have three matches at home against Kilmashogue. Jim’s team have the course worn out practicing and we wish them the very best.
Last, but by no means least, at 15.00 our Ladies Challenge Cup team play Castle Golf Club and once again we have three at home. Hopefully Iris Haughton’s ladies can do the business.
